Your Summer Fun Adventure Awaits!
Welcome to our 2022 Summer Fun experience at St Peter's International School!
This camp provides participants with a wide variety of summer activities such as water and beach sports, adventure parks, canoeing, walks in the Arrábida Mountains, pool activities, and more. Every week includes a two-night stay off-site, and the remaining days are within the school and its facilities and local trips to the beach and water sports providers.
The programme allows students to experience first-hand different outdoor activities near the school, taking advantage of its location. They will also enjoy some incredibly special activities in the south of Portugal (weeks 1 & 2) and nearby Setúbal (week 3), where they stay for two nights, and experience an away trip to bond as a team.
The activities are designed to challenge students while creating life-long memories. Each activity included in the programme is carefully selected and plays a part in developing physical and social skills.
How does it work?
The camps run from Monday – Friday, with each week designed for a particular age group. This is primarily a day camp, however, each week the students will experience 2 days of residential off site in the south of Portugal or Setúbal.
Off- Site Camp Locations
Children and teenagers attending camps during Weeks 1 & 2 will stay for 2 nights in Porto Covo at the Costa do Vizir Bungalows. Each bungalow accommodates up to 5 guests and includes two bedrooms, a fully fitted bathroom, a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is a swimming pool, a fitness area and a sports field for playing football, tennis, volleyball or basketball, and group activities.
In Week 3, participants will stay closer to the school, in the Setúbal Youth Hostel, which is brand new and fully booked for our group. The guest house is situated in the city centre of Setúbal, with cultural, historical, gastronomic and natural richness, right on the edge of the beautiful Sado River. And also by the beach: one step from the Serra da Arrábida National Park and a 5 min walk from the boat to the Tróia beaches.

Transport from/to Lisbon in the morning/afternoon (subject to a minimum and maximum of participants).
Our School Location
St Peter's School is located 30 minutes away from Lisbon city centre, near the sea and the mountains. This idyllic location allows the children to explore many outdoors activities in the nearby Serra da Arrábida National Park and Setúbal Bay, which was designated as one of the best Ocean bays in the World, and its amazing beaches.
A bus service from Lisbon will be available if there is a minimum of participants searching for an out-of-town, exciting daily summer camp.
