Academic Scholarships Designed for Portugal's Brightest Students

Exceptional students deserve exceptional opportunities. The scholarships for Ensino Secundário (Portuguese Curricula) at our international school are open to high-achieving students currently in Grades 9 (9º ano) of the Portuguese State Education System. These students will join St. Peter's in Grade 10 (10º ano) of Ensino Secundário.

The scholarships for the IBDP are open to students in Grade 10 in Portuguese and International Schools, or Year 11 in the United Kingdom system. These scholars will join St. Peter's in Grade 11 - the first year of IBDP.

These scholarships provide a unique opportunity to access a world-class education tailored to each student’s strengths and aspirations. Scholars in the Portuguese Curricula will study in Portuguese while benefiting from an international environment, and IBDP scholars will learn in an immersive English-language setting—both pathways preparing them with the skills, knowledge, and global outlook needed for success anywhere in the world.

Scholarships are awarded based on academic merit and potential, with a strong focus on the candidate's achievements, abilities, and predicted outcomes. With fee reductions of up to 100%, this academic scholarship programme provides a truly unique opportunity to obtain the leading pre-university qualification, recognised by top universities worldwide.
